These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by Addafy. By engaging with our services, you agree to the following terms.
Project Initiation & Payment
An advance payment of 60% is required to initiate any project. The remaining balance must be cleared before final delivery of files, website handover, or publishing.
Scope of Work & Revisions
Each project includes revision rounds as per the agreed scope. Any additional revisions, major changes, or work beyond the initial scope will be subject to additional charges.
Client Responsibilities & Approvals
Clients are responsible for providing all required content, materials, and clear instructions before the project begins. Clients are also responsible for reviewing and approving the work. Changes requested after final approval may be treated as a new request and charged accordingly.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Once a project has commenced, payments made are non-refundable. If a project is cancelled before completion, work completed up to that point will be billed accordingly.
Ownership & Usage Rights
Final design files are delivered upon full payment. Addafy retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio, website, or marketing materials unless agreed otherwise.
Third-Party Materials
Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the rights to use any logos, images, text, or other materials provided to Addafy. Addafy is not liable for any copyright or legal issues arising from client-supplied content.
Service Disclaimer
All services are provided based on best practices and experience. Addafy does not guarantee specific business outcomes such as increased sales, reach, or engagement.
Termination of Services
For ongoing services, either party may terminate the agreement with prior notice. Any work completed up to the termination point will be billed accordingly.
Timelines & Delays
Project timelines are estimates and depend on timely client communication and approvals. Any delay in providing content, feedback, or approvals may result in a shift in delivery timelines.
Communication
All official communication and approvals must be provided through agreed channels such as email or messaging platforms. Verbal or informal approvals may not be considered final.
Maintenance & Support
Unless explicitly included in the project scope, ongoing maintenance, updates, or support services are not included and may be charged separately.
Third-Party Services & Costs
Any third-party services such as hosting, domains, plugins, APIs, or software subscriptions are not included unless mentioned. Clients are responsible for all such costs.
Performance & Compatibility
Addafy ensures that websites and digital assets are delivered in working condition across modern devices and browsers. However, future compatibility with all devices, browsers, or updates cannot be guaranteed.
Content Accuracy
Addafy is not responsible for errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in content provided by the client. The client is responsible for verifying all content before final approval.
Limitation of Liability
Addafy shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services, including but not limited to business loss, data loss, or downtime.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive information shared during the course of the project and not disclose it to third parties without consent.
Force Majeure
Addafy shall not be held responsible for delays or failure in performance due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, technical failures, or government restrictions.
Payment Delays
In case of delayed payments, Addafy reserves the right to pause work, withhold delivery, or suspend services until dues are cleared.
Project Abandonment
If the client becomes unresponsive for an extended period (typically 15–30 days), the project may be considered abandoned. Resuming the project may incur additional charges.
Modifications to Terms
Addafy reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of local courts.
